Optional Google Analytics and ad measurement

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages help visitors, which estimate, phone, email, and project links they choose, and when an estimate request is submitted. If you arrived from one of our Google ads, the same permission lets Google Ads tell us the visit came from that ad, so we can see which ads lead to estimate requests. Google uses cookies and device/browser information for this. Ad personalization, remarketing, and Google signals are off in our website configuration.

Our website event code uses the canonical page address without query strings or fragments, with one exception: when you arrive from a Google ad, the click ID Google adds to the link (gclid, gbraid, or wbraid) is kept for that browser tab/session, so a request sent from a later page is still linked to the ad. It does not send form fields, customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, or uploaded photos as event parameters. Referring sites are reduced to their origin. We do not add tracking parameters to the Command Center link.

Google Analytics does not load until you choose Allow. Declining does not affect browsing, calling, emailing, or requesting an estimate. Use Analytics choices to change your preference. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to six months. With measurement allowed, we also retain the first consented page and any Google ad click ID for the current browser tab/session. Blocking browser storage may mean your choice cannot be remembered.

Turning it off stops future Google Analytics and ad measurement on this site and clears its analytics and ad-click cookies where this site can access them; it does not erase information already sent to Google. See Google's privacy policy and Google's Analytics opt-out tool.

Hosting and aggregate performance

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Its Web Analytics service provides aggregate traffic and performance measurements without analytics cookies. The Google Analytics choice above controls our optional Google Analytics integration, not hosting/security processing or Cloudflare Web Analytics. Learn about Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Estimate requests and direct contact

The estimate form on the contact page asks for your name, phone, email, address, the type of work, a description, schedule preferences, optional photos, and an optional text-message consent. Submitting it sends that information to iFIXED's separate request and scheduling system, which handles project requests and customer records; this website keeps no copy and does not pass any of those fields into analytics. If you check the text-message box, we may text you about that request only; reply STOP at any time to opt out. Photos you upload are used to scope the work and are kept with your project record.

Phone links open your device's calling app. Email links open your email app. A click measurement does not tell us whether a call connected or an email was sent. A submitted estimate request is counted only after the request system confirms it, and none of its contents are sent.
