How we ask for reviews
We ask customers for an honest review after the job is finished. Reviews are only useful to the next customer if they are real, so we ask for your own words about your own job.
When a review is critical, we reply publicly with the facts and try to make it right.
What makes a review useful to the next customer
- The work. What we did: flooring, a bathroom, a deck, a repair list.
- The town. Where the job was, so neighbors can find it.
- Communication. Whether we showed up when we said and explained things clearly.
- The finish. How the result held up, and how the cleanup and walkthrough went.
