The people behind iFIXED.

iFIXED Remodeling and Flooring is a veteran-owned remodeling business based in Citrus Springs. It is built around owner Sonny Sullivan, Jim, and Judy: a small team that shows up when it says, explains the work plainly, and treats every house like it belongs to a neighbor, because it usually does.

Service that became a shared purpose

From the Marine Corps to Citrus County homes.

Sonny Sullivan served in the Marine Corps as an infantryman, a scout with 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Reconnaissance work is about seeing the whole situation before acting, reporting it accurately, and finishing what you start with a small team. Those habits carried straight into construction.

Sonny and Jim have been friends for more than a decade, a friendship that began through military service and continues in the work. Judy keeps every customer conversation human, respectful, and organized. Together they built iFIXED from scratch in Citrus Springs into a business that serves five counties and the Tampa Bay area.

How we work

The way we run a job comes from the way we were trained: look first, say plainly what you see, and do not leave until it is done right.

Check the property firstBefore pricing, we confirm which office issues the permit, whether the parcel is in a flood hazard area, and whether a community needs architectural approval.
Itemized, written scopesPriced by room and trade, with anything that depends on opening walls or floors listed separately, so changes are decisions, not surprises.
Straight answersIf part of a job is outside what we do, or needs another licensed trade, we say so in the first conversation.
DocumentationDated photos and measurements before demolition, especially on insurance work. We never waive deductibles or take an assignment of benefits.
Clean finishProtected floors, a clean site, and a walkthrough of the finished work before we leave.
Fair, simple pricingSmall repair lists are booked in flat-rate blocks: $395 for a half day or $695 for a full day.
