From an itemized written scope, not a flat rate. Price depends on measurements, demolition and preparation, existing damage, material selections, transitions and finish details, protection of occupied space, access, disposal, permits when required, and the number of trips. A close-up photo alone is not enough for a reliable number.

Yes, when the materials suit the scope. Share the exact product, quantity, delivery status, installation instructions, and return or warranty terms so the estimate separates customer-supplied materials from iFIXED-supplied items.

Coverage is stated in the written estimate before work begins. It depends on the work, the materials, manufacturer terms, and whether iFIXED or the customer supplied the materials, so ask for it in writing with the scope.

Typically: a handyman block is one visit; flooring in a few rooms runs a few days; a kitchen or bathroom several weeks, mostly waiting on countertops or materials; a full renovation weeks to months. We confirm the sequence before the start date instead of promising a schedule from one photo.

Yes. We identify what needs a permit before pricing and include permit and inspection responsibilities in the plan. Since July 1, 2026, Florida exempts many single-family jobs under $7,500 that involve no electrical, plumbing, mechanical, gas, or structural work and sit outside a flood hazard area; everything else is confirmed by address.

Yes. Protection and cleanup are part of every scope: what gets covered, where debris goes, how occupied areas stay usable, and what the final walkthrough covers.

Yes. Right after a storm, our disaster recovery team handles access with high-clearance 4x4 trucks, debris clearing, emergency tarps, and board-up. Once the property is dry, restoration repair and rebuild takes over with documentation your adjuster can check.

Ask for the responsible contractor for your scope, applicable license details, and a current certificate of insurance before signing; iFIXED carries $1.5 million in liability coverage.
